Al Fresco theatre's 2020 season opened with Shakespeare's magical comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream. Performed with a brand new score, the sell out  performances took place  in the beautiful Chalkney Water Meadow, with a fantastic  professional cast of actors and musicians. Thank you to everyone who came and supported the show and gave such lovely feedback.

After a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015, Al Fresco was delighted to bring this musical comic farce to the beautiful Chalkney Water Meadow in August 2020.

With a fantastic score penned by Scott Morgan and a storyline weaving in Chekhov's most loved and ridiculous characters.
